Absolutely. First, please check your spam/ junk or trash folder to see if the confirmation email with the link is there. Free accounts like Hotmail and Yahoo very often direct automated responses with large files attached away from your main inbox to spam/trash/junk folders so please check there for the link.
Gmail users – Check your ‘promotions’ tab and drag the email across to your primary folder – click ‘Yes’ to do this for all emails from us.
Still can’t find it? Very occasionally, some mail inboxes do reject automated emails with large files attached altogether, but if you email us via the contact form,we will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to retrieve and manually send the lost link.
